Who Are We? We are a niche Property Insurance Broker dealing in the Insurance of apartment buildings for Resident-Owned Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Freeholders, Property Managers and Developers.

What Do We Do? We currently arrange insurance of some 20,000 residential flats and sheltered housing units throughout England and Wales ranging from “New Build”, to “Period conversions” in Cities, Town Centres, Suburbs and Villages.

Where Are We Based? Our head office and administrative functions are based in Salisbury, but we provide insurance services to clients across the whole of England and Wales.

How Experienced Are We? We were established in 1995 and, as such, have more than 20 years of continuous trading. Back in 1995 we bought a previous business that insured 3,000 homes. Over the years we have grown to our current size and now we arrange the insurance of 20,000+ homes.

How Do We Maintain Our Standards? We are a Registered Insurance Broker (registered with the Financial Conduct Authority) and a member of BIBA (The British Insurance Brokers Association). We are proud of our high standards and nationally recognised Codes of Practice. Our staff all undergo Continuing Professional Development to make sure that their knowledge of Insurance Legislation is always up to date.
